1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Keys & Co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services

Keys & Co provides piano showroom and sales services including but not limited to:

  • New Piano Sales
  • Piano Tuning & Maintenance
  • Pre-Owned Pianos

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking or purchase.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled tuning visit or appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Service Guarantee

Keys & Co strives to provide quality service. New pianos include a 5-year warranty. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. Limitation of Liability

Keys & Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Keys & Co and is protected by copyright laws.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
